There is a new phenomenon of micro-flats in Europe. Living space of the size of parking space with a fully functioning living space kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Impossible? think again. This way of living came from the East where this has become increasingly popular with the property prices rising and the living space is limited due to uneven terrain, people are keener. This has been seen increasingly in Europe too.
It is impossible to hide; Paris is an expensive city. The property markets have responded hat every meter of flat in Paris can be worth it's equivalent in gold. We are looking into a studio in the heart of the city today.
For many buyers, the key issue when buying an apartment is the amount of credit obtained, which in turn determines the size of the purchase area. In today's market conditions, the installment of a 30-year. Each £100,000 is approximately £500 per month. However, it is worth remembering that if the Monetary Policy Council raises interest rates, our installment will increase. The interest rates today are at it’s historic lowest and there is very little if any room for them to go down.
It is possible to live comfortably on a dozen or so meters, although their price due to numerous amenities. Despite the small area, there will be everything in the apartment should be a room, a micro kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The completed premises are fully finished. The bed works well during sleep, and during the day if you need to work, it changes into a desk. To save space, a self-service laundry room was created in the block, which will notify us not only about the completion of the laundry but also about the current state of water and electricity consumption.
Despite the small area in the micro-suites, in which minimalism reigns, there is individually controlled air conditioning and modern LED lighting. In addition, with the environment in mind, each micro-apartment is equipped with a crusher for bottles and cans. The standard also includes bicycle storage for over 500 vehicles and electric car rental. The apartments are also equipped with the necessary wireless Internet, digital TV, as well as a free telephone line facilitating communication between individual apartments.
Will this trend take over Europe? It is hard to say. The current trend is that everyone wants to work in the city and there is limited space with prices often reaching extremely high figures. Essential everyone working in the cities is there professionally and the micro-flats are similar to those of hotel rooms with the exemption of service. The UK seems to be a difficult market of this kind of invention and one may think that it will only work if the people will be in the absolute need for a central location. Otherwise, everyone values their privacy and space to live and breathe.
